Return Policy

This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which you may return products purchased from Purgeyyouthia. We aim to handle all return requests fairly and transparently.

1. Return Period

Physical products may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. The return period begins on the date you receive the item.

2. Eligible Items

The following conditions apply to returns:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition
  • Original packaging and any included materials must be intact
  • A proof of purchase (order confirmation email) must be provided

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Digital products (Sensory Setup Digital Pack) once delivery has been completed
  • Items that show signs of use, writing, or damage caused by the customer
  • Products returned after the 14-day return period

4. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, contact us via the contact form or email at contactus@purgeyyouthia.world with your order details and reason for return. We will provide return shipping instructions within two business days.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost during return transit.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

8. Consumer Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (New Zealand). If a product is faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund regardless of the return period stated above.
